Great early American landscape oil painting with native American Indians

Any help attributing the artist would be greatly appreciated !
Shipping is a lot due to large size , will ship anywhere in the US for 100 dollars without frame , Frame is damaged anyways or you can pick up for free in Ventura CA
Painting have been relined and restored , someone at one point spent alot of money
Painting's overall condition is good , with only a tiny scratch to varnish on the top left
No missing painting .
Painting size is 50" x 30"
Framed size is 57" x 38"
