1969-1970 Ford Fe 428 Cobra Jet Nos Oil

1969-1970 Ford Fe 428 cobra jet oil filter adaptor. I believe this to be NOS. I have taken photos of the mounting holes and it appears to me they as shown in photos that their are no bolt or washer marks and the fittings are like new and when I got it they were all just loosely hand tight, I don’t think they were ever fully installed. I showed in the second to last photo of oil passage it looks like someone at one time may have radiused the corner slightly of oil passage on inside for better flow.
