1942 California Impressionist Orig Estate Oil

The sale is for an original oil painting. It looks to be signed Beeson in the bottom left corner. It is an impressionist style landscape with trees and hills. Your looks to be a structure on the left-hand side. There is an original inscription to the back that reads “June 19, 1942, 8273 Chevy chase Glendale California. Also, Angeles east looking towards the Kannada Glendale over the hills”. The painting itself measures 10 x 12“ framed 18 1/2 16 1/2“. The frame shows where and is dirty.
