It has an adjustable warning level (set a level where the screen will start flashing when reached). The install on this gauge is very simple. Choose a place to mount the display (most of our buyers just use double sided tape), then find a place to install the sensor in your engine bay. Now simply join the cable from the display and boost sensor together with a click (the connectors are waterproof and dustproof)! Finally you just need to connect the red wire to 12 Volts +(positive) Accessory and the blue wire to 12 Volts -(negative) or the vehicle chasis for ground. DONE!
