1 Gal. Of Lapidary Mineral Oil

This listing  is for 1 gallon of pure 100 % petroleum based mineral oil and is perfect for all slab / rock saw's both new and used and is used as a coolant and lubricant to get the best quality cut and get the most life out of your saw blade. It is ready to use no mixing or adding anything just poor it the mineral oil into your saw so that it covers at least a quarter inch up on the bottom of the blade and start cutting. This oil is a 100 percent petroleum based mineral oil with no additives. It has a very slight almost non noticeable odor as pure Mineral oil does.  This mineral oil has no additives like chlorine additives, anti oxidation additives or aroma oil added to it to so it will never react with any rocks especially calcium based rocks,  rocks that have metals in them or softer rocks that can have  reactions  to some of the  mineral oils. This oil is virgin oil and has not been recycled or reprocessed. Also this mineral oil is not made from organic based sources so you don't have to worry about the oil going ran-sit if your saw is in a hot shop or shed. A lot of organic mineral oils people use goes ran-sit if exposed to hot temperatures and sits in the saw for a long period of time, Once it goes bad it is impossible to get the smell out of your saw and rocks. This oil will work on trim saw's, slab saw's, shaping machines, glass working machines and oil based grinding units such as forming or shaping machines. And one of the best features of this oil is it can be filtered very easily, so you can use it again and again never needing to dispose of it, you just filter it and then dispose of the hard clay that is left over and because it is a pure mineral oil you can dispose of the clay by product easily. Also this mineral  oil never looses its cooling and lubricating qualities so you can use it for years only needing to occasionally adding a little as you drip or loose oil when cleaning your cut rock. And this oil cleans up easily with soap and water quickly. You dont have to boil or soak it for days, you can just clean it with dish soap like Dawn or Palmolive and it will be ready to start your polishing or processing of your rock. ( I usually soak up extra oil in kitty litter first so the bucket of soapy water doesn't get dirty so quick as I have 12 saws going and clean a lot of slabs  ) This oil has a high flash point of  330 degrees and is of the best lubricant's to be used with all manufactures saw's.
