This is the last one in my Guy Charlton Wiggins ( 1883 - 1962 )  collection  '' New York Winter Street scene ''    Oil  Painting  , Oil  on Board   10 x 8   inches 16 x 14 inches  with Frame ,  signed   ,  This one had a light cleaning in the 70s and placed in newer Frame in the 80s the Artwork is self evident ,      ....
